the Navy's small items commercial size limit ($2,500), and has not posted any awards.
MASAI Technologies Corporation will post any forthcoming task orders and awards
on its website.
Quality Assurance Plan:
MASAI Technologies Corporation (MTC) is committed to using best practice methodologies,
tools, and processes in project and training management. Our processes are in alignment
with the International Organization for Standards (ISO) 9000 quality management
system guidelines.
All of MTC’s management team are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP)
by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and are Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained.
MTC implements tenets of Lean Six Sigma in all management and technical contracts
that we execute.
The internal review procedures, which facilitate high quality standards in the organization:
1 |
MTC follows the Lean Six Sigma quality management mantra of Define, Measure, Analyze,
and Improve (DMAIC) to identify and eliminate any quality deficiencies. MTC uses
Project Execution Performance Monitoring, and Quality. Reviews to ensure quality
standards.
|
2 |
Monitoring: MTC believes that Quality Control will involve monitoring results from
quality activities and to determine whether the work packages comply with the relevant
quality standards and identify ways to eliminate causes of defects/failures to unsatisfactory
results.
|
3 |
MTC conducts quality assurance activities will be conducted throughout the lifecycle
of the project and will be scheduled, in advance, based on the “state” of the work
package or project management performance indicated by the Project Schedule. The
frequency/iteration of the quality reviews/audits will be in part based on customer
requirements and the project management reviews, and product development reviews.
|
4 |
Peer Review: Team members throughout the project lifecycle will conduct peer Reviews.
No deliverable will be considered as final without previous reviewing and formally
accepted by, at least, one Peer Reviewer and formally accepted by MTC Project Manager
and customer representative.
|
5 |
Inspection (Functional Walkthrough, Technical Reviews, and Defect Repair): These
types of reviews will ensure that the requirements presented are correct, consistent,
complete, clear, and tested as per the stated requirements; and ensure technical
integrity and validity of the design.
|
The quality control measures the MASAI Technologies Corporation uses to ensure acceptable
subcontractor performance:
Subcontractors are strategically used for non-management roles. MTC hires subcontractors
to perform temporary specifically defined scopes of work. MASAI Technologies Corporation’s
Operational Level Agreements (OLA) are reviewed and signed with all subcontractors
prior to their performing any work. These OLA’s establish the standard operating
procedures and quality policies for the subcontractor and its personnel. Also, MTC
establishes incentive and disincentive clauses with subcontractors based upon customer
priorities and critical success factors.
MTC performs the following quality assurance activities:
Internal (In-house) Audits will be conducted by the MTC Project Manager to determine
whether the quality activities and related results comply with planned quality standard
and whether the planned activities are implemented effectively.
