MTC awarded NIH CIO-SP3 IDIQ contract in the HUBZone and Small Business (SB) categories11/9/2020
MTC of Frederick, MD was awarded a CIO-SP3 SB HUBZone prime contract by NIH for a period of performance from 8/1/18 till 10/31/22. MTC led a national team of specialized small businesses in healthcare Information Technology (IT) and Federal IT services to win the CIO-SP3 contract. This award recognizes owners of minority business enterprises in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia who have demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial accomplishments, a high level of professionalism, and have made substantial contributions to their community. The Top 100 MBE Awards®, began in 2007 and evolved through a need to recognize and celebrate the creativity and innovation of regional MBEs who are role models and inspire the entire community. The Top 100 MBE Awards® will be presented at the CRMSDC’s 36th Annual Leaders and Legends Awards Ceremony, on November 2nd at the MGM National Harbor. Sharon R. MTC's senior staff achieve Scalable Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe 4.0) certifications as Program Consultants (PGC4)3/20/2017
MTC has invested in senior system engineer training and certifications in Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) for Agile-Lean software and systems development enterprise-wide value generation guidance. MTC will offer SAFe 4.0 Agile-Lean training courses within the Metro DC area to be delivered by our experienced and certified SAFE SPC4 senior systems engineers.
 
State of Maryland (MD) certifies MTC as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE). 7/26/2016
The State of Maryland has certified MTC as a certified small business to perform work in the State of Maryland. The MTC's company was reviewed for stability and performance record and found to be worthy of accreditation by the State of MD. MTC's small business certifications were in three areas: MBE, SBE, DBE

MTC has completed the registration and onsite evaluation by the NMSDC to certify as a National MBE firm. The NMSDC MBE certification is honored by private sector companies to meet supplier diversity goals.

MTC SPRY, LLC Wins - 5 Year $81 Million Army AESIP Contract6/3/2011
MTC SPRY, LLC, a joint venture of two small businesses, MASAI Technologies Corp(MTC) and Spry Methods, Inc., has been selected as a prime contractor under the Army's Enterprise Systems Integration Program(AESIP). The AESIP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) contract is an IDIQ, task order award with a ceiling value of up to $81 million. The goal of AESIP is to create a single, integrated ERP system across the Department of the Army that brings together four of its ERP initiatives. It also aims to enable delivery of consistent business solutions across the Army through integrated data and applications services. With convergence, integration and knowledge transfer that enables more Government control of Army business solutions, the intended benefits of the AESIP program include maximized efficiency, increased system capabilities and functionality, and significantly reduced costs. "Our Team will leverage our lessons learned and experience in support of AESIP, Logistics Management Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System-Army(GCSS-A), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), other Federal programs, and commercial engagements. We will deliver low risk high quality services that add value to the Army community, DoD, and to the U.S. Warfighter," said Masai Troutman. MTC receives ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) certification 1/7/2011
In January 2011, MTC was audited by BSI, the global leader in ISO auditing, and was found to be compliant to ISO 20000 IT Service management standard. ISO 20000 compliance demonstrates MTC's capability to adopt and implement effective and cost effecient management techniques to generate value and meet business objectives. MTC's management staff are certified ITIL v3 expert level consultants and ISO 20000 auditors, so they led the implementation of ISO 20000 using internal resources. The ISO 20000 standard aligns generally with the best practice Information Technology Infrastracture Library (ITIL) framework best practice for managing IT Services to benefit business customers and IT operations by structuring IT Operations to define and optimize their key services and the processes which enable the consistent results for customers.
 
MTC receives ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) certification1/7/2011
In April 2009, MTC was audited by BSI, the global leader in ISO auditing, and was found to be compliant to ISO 9001:2008 quality management system standards. MTC core business processes are controlled by a QMS which requires definition of mission critical processes with corresponding goals and metrics. The QMS standards which MTC's processes are governed creates accountability and clarity of responsibility across the organization with the ultimate objective to improve customer service.
 
MTC management receives ITIL V3 expert level certifications!5/5/2010
MTC's Client Solutions Manager has earned IT Service Management (ITSM) level credentials. ITIL espouses IT services industry proven life-cycle processes and functions for IT solution strategy, design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement. MTC is currently pursuing the International Standard ISO 20000 certification in IT Service Management, which will make it one of the only Federal IT management Small Businesses with the certification.
 
May 2009 - MTC part of winning team for the Army Program Management Support Services 2 (PMSS-2) contract. 6/4/2009
The purpose of PMSS2 is to provide the full range of life cycle support services, i.e., program management support services, advisory and consulting services and other information technology-related servic es required by the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems headquarters, directorates, and project/product offices, in support of various missions, and command, control, and communications activities.
 
December 2005 - U.S. Air Force recognizes MTC for OCONUS training in Sofia Bulgaria. 1/2/2006
MTC received a sole source contract to deliver SOLARIS Unix full life cycle training to the Bulgarian Air Force. MTC completed the On-the-Job (OTJ) training in November 2005. The Bulgarian students have given outstanding evaluations and Bulgaria assesses that the training has allowed it to operate it's systems independently.
